1) Cancel the noise :You need to cancel the external noise, by canceling out people’s opinion. You can do it by using music as a canceling agent or solo travel. to one's cut off from the world.

2) Observe your emotions:Observation is a tool which helps a human mind to learn about the obstacles on the way. The biggest symptom of the problem is fear. for example:- you may fear people will judge you. So your problem is people's judgment. People’s judgment is actually a conclusion formed due to lack of understanding, so why are you feeling guilty for their misunderstanding? 

3) Introspect yourself: You need to introspect yourself. Why do you feel ? And what do you feel, when something happens. People judge you. It makes you feel you are doing wrong, or feel you are a lesser person, but why is it making you feel lesser, when the next one hasn’t achieved anything? 

4) Reason out their action:Even after introspecting yourself you feel lesser, then why not make a checklist of things to learn why they make you feel you are doing wrong, or feel you are a lesser person, in any damn way, maybe you have to achieve something or you need a apology for something, see it and do the right.

5) Recollect and neglect: Recollect everything, understand and neglect. Remember neglecting is not the same as ignoring. Ignoring means not acknowledging, but neglecting means,  acknowledging the problem is smaller and still continuing with your act will make it disappear at no time, and now you have tackle your obstacled in your craft.
