Brain functioning of Introvert
Introversion is a persona or element of persona, it their psychological makeup (cognitive construct) that instructs brains to secrete dopamine and serotonin when they are in a solitude; this is due to the neurological setting which gives default preference tthe anterior lobe, introverts are found in solitude or their own thoughts, when want to function, have more blood flow on the front lobe of their brain and secretes more dopamine; especially when they perform more activity using it.
Introversion element of persona
Introverts are inward focusing human. They focus on inward sensation (emotion and feeling), more than outer stimuli, due to their psychological makeup
- Feeling: It is an experience of sensation that invoke by external (person or resemblance) or internal stimuli (thought ) as there emotional gratification is interior, the sensory receptors secretes seratonin more when they are exposed to internal stimuli.
- Emotion: Emotion is expression of feeling, that can be seen if it manifests in form of physical behavior. Emotion in an introvert are more light and cheerful when they are involved in activity that involves working on their ownself.
The advantage to introverts:
- Self-awareness: There are aware of themselves and have understanding of own needs and requirements. They subconsciously mingle with the people they are comfortsable talking to.
- ·Self-sufficiency: They are self- sufficient and have the skill to survive without any outer stimulus, for emotional gratifaction, they themself gratify their needs and suffficency.
- Calculated strategizing: Being great observer and great listeners, they are able to pre-planned and strategize their move, may it be time , work or meeting.
Introverts are great observers and list needs, but they focus on inward sensations, such as emotions and feelings, rather than outer stimuli. This leads to their advantages, such as self-awareness, self-sufficiency, and calculated strategizing.
