1. Grab your essentials: Take a bottle, regular crystalline sugar, sieve, salt, lime and glass or another container. 
2. Add cheery to sugar water: Add sugar water and cherries into the bottle and seal it tight with the lid, keep it for 2-4 days to ferment and get to size of a mini -plum.
3. Pour the liquid out: Pour the liquid and add cherries back to the jar. 
4.  Refill the bottle: After you have added the cherry back to the bottle and refill the bottle with sugar water again, but this time add salt, it will help you balance the flavor later. 
5. Add lime juice: Add lime juice to the sugar water and Cherry this will erase the foul smell and also catalyzes the process. 
6. Store in dry place: Store the cherries in the container in a cool dry place leave it for four days. 
7.Strain the liquid: Strain the liquid and restart the process, using sieve and a muslin cloth to ensure the wine gets finer texture. 
8. Your wine is ready: Strain the wine into a bottle a beautiful glass bottle. Your cherry wine is ready to serve.

To make cherry wine, combine sugar water, cherries, and salt in a bottle. Ferment for 2-4 days, then pour the liquid out, add cherries, refill the bottle, add salt, and add lime juice. Store in a cool, dry place for four days. Strain the liquid to achieve a finer texture, then strain into a glass bottle. Enjoy your cherry wine ready to serve.
